About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant with minimum of 1 years of experience in the real estate industry, ideally within Dubai. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and ready to grow with our team, taking part in all aspects of property consulting, from prospecting to closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals early in their real estate careers to join a fast-paced, supportive environment with ample room for development.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to understand their property needs, providing them with tailored property solutions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, area developments, and property pricing.
• Property Listings: Assist in sourcing and managing property listings, including organizing site visits and property viewings.
• Sales & Leasing Support: Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes, offering advice and insights to facilitate transactions.
• Negotiations: Support negotiation processes to ensure successful deals, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, property inventory, and transaction details in the company’s CRM system.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities, social media updates, and listing presentations.

Requirements

• Language Skills: English fluency is mandatory, Arabic and/or other languages are preferable 
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in real estate, with preference given to candidates with Dubai market experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Dubai Market: Basic understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and customer profiles.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with CRM systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
• Ambition & Drive: A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a desire to grow within a startup environment.
